I hope everyone had a great week! I know I struggled with fluctuations for the past 2 weeks and was arguing with myself about giving up but I have stuck it out and seem to be past the hump. Weigh in this morning was 225.2 :)

L2D1 today and although I had to stop and take small breaks I made it through all 3 circuits. Way better than when I started level 1.

I did Ideal Protein for 3 months. I lost 33 pounds and a ton of inches. I just couldn't eat the food anymore. I was so sick of it. I started 30 Day Shred today and couldn't get through it. I think I got about half way through though. I can still feel it in my legs when I move certain ways so the little bit I did must have worked. You look great and congrats on finishing the program!! I hope I can be as successful as you were!!
