Hey new to this group and new to the vegan lifestyle. I have been watching many youtube videos and have read a variety of articles, but I'm still not sure how to go about figuring out which fruits I should eat during the day or if I should save vegetables for the evening? Just a little overwhelmed. Help!

I love pizza!! Pizza is why I ended up on MFP haha but I've found some healthy alternatives. Make sure you have a healthy portion! Also using lots of veggie toppings like onions, spinach, tomatoes, etc. You could also use turkey sausage instead of other more fatty meats. I hope it turns out well!! ENJOY!

Same with me I started at 250 and I set my goal at 160....I guess some people like to be thinner than others. I say if you think 130 is good for you...go for it! :-D

Skinnytaste.com is one of my favorites!! They have some great simple recipes. Love the slow cooker meals that are done when I return from work!! :-)
