l havnt tried it but - regardless of what people say above if this is something that works for you then thats good! everyone has to trial these things. Sometimes its good to do something totally different for a quick weight-loss effect anyways good luck - take the postive forget the negative!

sweebum, thanks for that . . - my tainer took me off skipping and running and also put me on those calf raise exercises - TBH i haven't found any difference - except for losing out on the cardio training - but i shall now do them every day as you say and hope for some difference next week

all i wanted to know what the calorie content is . . - I have one day a week where i treat myself to a few things - i work out very hard and eat very healthy 80% of the time., and have done for my whole life - my overweight problem is I eat too much of it!!!! very yum - prob about 10cm by 8 by 3 . . its crumbed - just with mince and cheese in it really - extremely yummy.

yes the protein is a big help in weightloss!! If you the recommended dose of protein today - you should not be hungry tomorrow.

you can nail it man !! keep up the postive thinking - Im only on day 2 and i think "gez, i could kill for a McDonalds big Mac right about now!!" lol, I want to be under 70 by mid September (World Cup) - gotta look good for all the people out in town - lol!! So just doing it day by day.

i take herbalife, and personally - i think its great. Ive always loved my food and always been a big portion eater.
