I've always run a bit on the cold side but since losing the weight it's become much more noticeable. I just live with it. I do like the idea of trying to eat more healthy fatts.

You look great but getting yourself to really see yourself again takes time. You got use to seeing a certain person in the mirror and it can take a while refocus your image. I still see the old me sometimes. :wink:

Hello everyone, 5'1 sw 173 cw 122 I would like to be a few pounds lighter but I've been here awhile and I so do like food. I eat all my exercise calories as per HRM. I love my cardio so it's apart of my everyday thing, running, cycling and on low days ellipitcal. Good luck and happy Wednesday.

I've been married for quite some time my husband and I have little to no boundaries when it comes to sharing and being in each others space. I enjoy my workout at the gym and he does his at home. It's okay I wouldn't worry about it unless it like a 500 plus calorie deficit on a regular basis. If your body needs it, you'll be hungry unless your having other issues like stress or depression. good luck
