day 8 and i lost 5kg. well i kinda cheat yesterday. had a chicken for my lunch. so tommorow will start over again :(

end of day 3 and went to the gym this morning and still had some energy for basket at night. well everythings getting better on day 3.

this is my second day. the first day, my hand and legs were cold. i hope it will get better on day 2.

im gonna start my juice fast today. is it okay if i juice any kind of fruit and veggie without counting the calories? and is it okay adding some yoghurt plain to the juice? thanks for the info :)
