Every time I lose weight I end up pregnant so I guess I see the correlation. This time around, imma be a stuck up b* because I am NOT trying to have anymore kids and I'm sick of gaining all this weight back everytime I get pregnant. I work to damn hard for this body to keep going to sh*ts!

Well whenever I stand in the mirror and lift my butt cheeks I get a gap so i'm assuming after i've lost some thigh fat and done enough squats/lunges/hip abductors and adductors i'll develop a lil gap between my thighs.

Yeah my inner thighs are pretty dark from the rubbing together and i'm in Florida so it's sweat season down there a lot. I hate that sweaty looking crease on the front of my gym shorts too. Ugh when i'm on the treadmill and elliptical my shorts ride up so badly in the front. I have no choice but to wear leggings…

I wish I could show you what he has me doing. I have been doing the same routine with the same weights for three weeks now. My clothes are starting to feel tight again and the scale went up five whole pounds . I think I will try a different trainer. Thanks everyone.

So what's wrong with doing a total body workout? I spend a good two to three hours in the gym each time and most of it is doing cardio because the weights only take about thirty minutes to complete. I appreciate the feedback :)

He wasn't specific on what cardio to do. He just said do a ten minute warm-up before arm weights. Afterwards I do thirty minutes cardio. I see other newbies doing core strengthening and of course I just thought he was being pompous.

Being single is underrated. That may just be the independence in me but I actually enjoy the single life. Maybe that will change when Mr. Right finds me but as of now i'm not looking. ETA: Does being single mean you can't have one reliable booty call?

I'm 215.8. I workout 3-5 days a week. Cardio 3-5 days a week Strength/Weights 4 days a week My goal is to drop 10 lbs and 1.5% body fat according to my instructor :wink:

I was 250lbs a year ago. At 236lbs my physician and my personal trainer both said for me not to do it yet because it's hard on the knees/joints in the long run because of all the weight. I'm with ninerbuff. I don't do McDonalds but I can eat what I want (in moderation) with a little walking and still lose weight. You can eat, just don't be gluttonous and lazy about it. And if your body doesn't agree with it after all this time, then you probably won't be tempted to eat it again any time soon :)) Try this…
