I absolutely understand your feeling. I just had this speech with myself this morning. Today starts, before the new year! My goal by next Christmas is to be down 40 pounds. Baby steps all the way with realistic goal points set. I started MFP a few years back and did very well. However, between work stress (I big time…

I use a Polar FT4 and love it. The only thing it doesn't track is mileage, but I use a phone app for that. Check out bodytronics.com.

I was a HUGE Milk-o-holic (like half a gallon in a day), but realized how much I was drinking was contributing to my weight issues. I switched to Silk Soy Light and love it. I also found out I had less allergy issues when I switched - who knew! :)

DITTO ^^^^^^^ After a year and a half of testing and living with it, the doctors diagnosed me the same and told me I would need to live with it. I ended up seeing my Chiropractor for it and within 3 treatments it was gone. It can flair up, but when it does I go to see him and he corrects it. He uses alot of pressure points…

Ditto KCRunnerSteve! Find a running shoe store!!!! Your body will thank you later! Be sure to take in your old shoes so they can look at the way your feet move/rotate.

Hostess Ding Dongs, Utz Cheeze Puffs and Diet Coke works for me...hahaha. Well, actually when I do slip into the depression state I have to work really hard at staying away from those things! Focus on doing the right thing diet-wise. It will give you the small victories that make you happy. Vitamins and B12 Complex also…

Agree with all the above about the C25K! Cannot emphasize the need to get fitted for the proper pair of running shoes. Poor fit and rotation of your foot will give you wicked shin splints. Unfortunately I found out the hard way on that one! Find a store in your area that specializes in running shoes. Take your current…

Good for you!!! Keep up the great work! :flowerforyou:

I pop a bag of 100 calorie popcorn before I leave the house and dump it in a big plastic bag. Keeps the bordom munchies away. My other favorite is veggies and different types of hummus. LOTS of water. :)

Any book by Janet Evanovich (brain cheetos) or Lee Child (great murder/mystery/suspense)!

You're going to go through the hardest part of your life and not see it coming BUT you will make it through and when you do you will find yourself again and be a stronger person than you would have ever imagined. Don't lose faith! <3

Do you keep your transmitter attached after each workout? I ready early on when I bought mine that if you keep it attached it will wear out the batter and can do funky stuff to the information it relays. Good luck! :)

I have a Polar FT4 and love it. If you run/walk and want to keep track of mileage you may want to upgrade to a different model. It's the only thing I would change if I had a do-over. Remember to rinse it out after each work out. Also, disconnect the transmitter from the strap. It will kill your battery. I've not had any…

^^^^^THIS! The only way to do it.

Middlesworth BBQ Potato Chips. They're basically in the "addictive as crack" food category!

Bump..... you got alot of bumping going on. Thought I'd join the fun!

Do you like playing with fire? Tread carefully my dear. Yes, we women can have guy friends - but if you have to ask or are afraid of asking your BF, you may need to ask yourself what your motivations are.

BLTs on 8 grain bread, with turkey bacon and fat free mayo (make turkey at home and warm up at work). Load up with lettuce or spinach and tomatoes

Make sure you're fitted with the proper shoes. It can make a HUGE difference. Check out a running shoe store if there is one in your area. It's worth it!
