Hey!! I'll be 30 in December ...plugging away at this for for the second time around. I lost 35-40 lbs about 2.5 years ago but life got in the the way and all but about 7 lbs crept back up on me. Thanks for the comments everyone. I will be sure to give a few of your suggestions a try. My lack of hunger is not an everyday thing ....most days I can eat and eat and not get tired of it ..but the odd day I just don't feel like eating much of anything.

2 years ago I lost 35-40 lbs using mfp and going to a bootcamp class ...then fell off the wagon and have gained most of it back. I changed my eating and returned to mfp approx 3 weeks ago. if youre into oatmeal, i've been making no cook oatmeal lately ...prep the night before 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup yogurt, a tbsp of melted peanut butter, 1 mashed banana, and i 1tbsp of chia seeds. mix everything together at let it sit in the fridge overnight. just grab it and go the next morning. you can either…

i guess i've always been pretty lucky in the sense that when it's my time, i've never had (or have very rarely had) issues with cramping. As far as cravings go, it's usually the sweet stuff i'm after. And most of the time i give in, but i'm trying to get better at that. And working out? I keep the exact same workout…

i think we all struggle to keep going. but just remember that a slip up does not mean a give up and without struggle there is no progress. i definitely have weeks here and there where i start to revert back to old ways every choice you make will either take you one step closer, or one step further away from where you want…

i'd say screw it and just eat wings ...but only cuz i'm *mildly* addicted to them lol. if you dont eat out often, id go with whatever you want. but if it would make you feel better about it, get a salad and only have a couple wings. mmmmmmmmm wiiinnngggssss

hahaha ...i wont say i'm addicted but i'm definitely on my way. I actually managed to find a couple sweet items at an awesome gently used store called Talize this past weekend. 1 workout tank and 2 sport jacket type thingys ...none of which appear to have been sweat in lol. $22 for all 3 lol
