  • 20 - 25 lbs to be at goal! I am also 5'7" and 185 right now. 160 is deal, but I would be happy at 165. I started my new exercise regimen about 4 weeks ago so I am now really in the groove trying for 60 minutes 5 days a week. My first goal of the year is 10 for 14- meaning by Jan 14, I will have been to the gym 10 times.
  • OHmygosh! I was going to ask if I could be in on a 30 day challenge but do my own exercise (I have to do super low impact, so it would be walking and weights). But then I saw about the accident and wanted to say sorry. I am sure she will be OK and you should chill (I bet the adrenaline spike burned some calories anyway).…
  • I am willing to walk for 200 minutes at 3.5 mph pace.

  • vodka soda with lots of lime. 74 calories. The problem is, after 2 (and surely after 3), I start to care a LOT less about the calories in the food I am tempted by. :drinker: :laugh:
  • I live in start over mode. I try to think of it as just the way it is. It's forever (how cliche but also true). You can do it!
