  • A exercise that helped my knees is to put a exercise ball on the small of your back while against a wall. feet shoulder width apart and slightly pointed outward. just roll down the wall while resting your back against the ball. you basically want to work your inner thigh muscle. i had runner's knee and this exercise…
  • never ran a official race, but i run a 5k 3 to 5 times per week...i usually try to increase my time. I have heard that you tend to run faster in the 5k races, just due to the peeps running with you. did you exp. this?
  • never drink your cals...unless its beer. i do try to live by this..water/diet mt. dew, and beer (when budgeted.) hate coffee...tastes like burnt water...and tea is absolutely terrible. i would get beat up drinking tea in the steel mill.

  • 600cals? wow, that would kill my cal intake for the day. i drink the shakes, but mainly use the powder and water...sometimes, ill add 1/2cup of skim milk to enhance the flavor. i try to keep my shakes around 300cals (double scoop)

  • never...but i drink more then the avg. person...ill consume about 4 to 5 gal. per day. but i do work in a steel mill. i just use my protein shaker bottle and have it with me everywhere now...even on my days off full of water.
