  • well done for taking this step! I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 5 month old and have at least 30lb to lose. I'm still breastfeeding and have a 'spirited' toddler ;-) so tricky to take exercise at the mo! let me know if you have any tips on how to exercise with kids! good luck with it all feel free to add me xx

  • Hi Charlay! Do you have any info on the minimum calories we need before our milk dries up? I think for all of us breastfeeding is our main priority right now and I'd hate to put this at risk in order to lose the weight faster... Amazing work on the 21 months too! Congrats! X
