    I'm trying to lose 15 ~ 20 lbs overall so I am making small goals of 5 lbs per month :)

    AND didn't go to basketball. 8:30pm on a Monday when you've got a young baby is laaaaaate though!!

    What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? I have signed up to do this years Rat Race dirty Weekend, which is a 13 or 20 mile long obstacle course (think i will only try the 13 miles this year) on the 10th May 2014.
    hoping to lose about 5 stone in fat and get back to a weight i had written on my arm when i did a bungee jump at 21 years old. (84KG/184lbs)

    Total weight lost: 1lb. I didn't lose any this week. I guess it is better than gaining. I try to not eat at too much of a deficit to maintain the muscle I have worked hard for. So the weight comes off very slow.

    Great job to everyone that is making the effort for a healthier weight and lifestyle.
