What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? I have signed up to do this years Rat Race dirty Weekend, which is a 13 or 20 mile long obstacle course (think i will only try the 13 miles this year) on the 10th May 2014.

Total weight lost: 1lb. I didn't lose any this week. I guess it is better than gaining. I try to not eat at too much of a deficit to maintain the muscle I have worked hard for. So the weight comes off very slow.
