Since it was Birthday on Wednesday and friends have had surprise parties everyday since. I was so excited when I got on the scale and was down a pound. I need good on my eating my excercise was not that great.. So off to the gym tonight for hour of cardio and hour of circuit training. I will sure get a good night sleep…

Thank you all for you comments. Some really made me laugh. Took some advise. I rode to the gym (mortorcycle) and work out really hard to today and the water retention meas to be going down.

I think I need to clear something up. When I stated that I rode for 250 miles for lunch and back it was on my motorcycle.
