  • Hi Laurie, can I call you LU? Welcome aboard, I suggest talking to your wonderful, handsome and loving husband.....we'll see if we can find you some replies. Bambam
  • Get a Dr., Trainer or Therapist to look at it. We've all heard "no pain no gain" but you can overdo a workout and do more harm than good. They will probably tell you to take the easier route, apply ice and take an anti-inflamatory like motrin. hope all goes well. Bambam

  • I've had the same thing happen before. A trainer told me to change my workout a little (new exercises) and eat another type of healthy food for a couiple of weeks (I normally stick to the same foods). This did work to get my matabolism working again to lose weight.
  • I read your profile and wish you the best in reaching your goal and healing from past issues. Remember the past is behind you, the future ahead and a lot of work in between, so find what good you can everyday that you can and realize there is always and I mean always someone else in the world who has it just a little worse…

I'm having problems keeping close to my sodium goal (I'm way off), but with a little advice from others in…
  • Grapefruit and Pickles, neither carry heavy calories and curb the appetite (Not together, as a snack. In case you were wondering)
  • Remember this, "What goes around, Comes around". When you reach your goal, if he changes his tune about being around you, be sure to remind him of the way he made you feel. In the end, one way or another, he'll get what is coming to him for being the way he is. BamBam
