I'm doing great so far this semester and it really helps that a lot of my friends in school are also trying to be healthy. That means no "come on just one bite, or it won't hurt you if you pig out today." I'm going to keep pushing! I hope you are all pushing as well!

I started this thread and I feel awful that I haven't been able to workout. It's so hard but I am pumped because from now on starting tomorrow I am waking up at 5AM-5:30AM every morning to workout. What are YOU doing this coming semester to keep healthy and in shape. I am lucky to be doing Marching Band this year in the Drum Line and I am also going to do my second round of P90X when I finish INSANITY. Keep working hard guys!

You can make a low carb pizza! You can buy FLATOUTS or MISSION LOW CARB TORTILLA. Put some shredded cheese on it, pepperoni or other toppings. You can buy fillets (2 for almost $3.50) at walmart. Sugar free jello no Carbs. There is also sugar free Kool-aid. Low carb ice Cream. Turkey burgers. Hope thus helps out!

You should spread food into 5 meal. Have some skim milk and Kashi cereall in the morning just make sure to measure your portions. It'll make you feel full all day. 2 or 3 hours later snack on a Galla apple or some other fruit. For meal 3 have some black bean bean tacos with corn tortillas. You can even add some deli meat…

I'm sure your college or university has a gym! Mine has one and me and my friends go there and workout so we would never gain the freshman 15 when we started! They gave up but I kept going. If you need a little motivation or support i can help! :) best wishes
