  • I like chobani and Shop Rite (grocery store here) greek yogurts.. Neither have preservatives. I add one Truvia to them and some fruit. LOVE THEM

  • Soda is NO GOOD for you. And large amounts of diet sodas are known for making you gain weight not lose! Also causes weak bones, weak teeth etc. Try water with the new flavor things you can add? A few even have B12! Water is the best .. try to back off the sodas. Try a cup of coffee maybe? Tea? then go to water!!!!
  • Im a dental assistant and have logged in 5 miles walking at work in one day! But no I do not count it as exercise. I am not walking at the same pace non stop so I just let fitbit do its thing. At lunch I take a 2 3/4 mile power walk and that I do count!

  • 100% agree... I message people privately when I see this and on the other end , bad food choices. I try to give positive feedback on eating and losing properly. Explaining why you can not starve your body. Its sad that there are those who push undereating as a weight loss plan. Sad and unhealthy :(
  • Many would be here to recruit others to eat less. If you have someone who is very influenced with low self esteme the outcome could be very bad. Eating less than 1200 is not good. I would friend them though unless and until they tried to tout their extremes. I would try to make them see how unhealthy it is

  • Definitely drink water , at least 8 glasses daily! And the lemon (which surprised me when I read it) actually does help you lose weight! Im in PA here too.. NE PA. I have never noticed what you mention myself but I am constantly drinking water. If I forget my water when I go out I get so upset!
