I always like this analogy. :) The only people to comment recently were a guy at my gym (we're all doing a paleo challenge so he's probably paying more attention than most 'normal' people) and one of my girlfriends that I see once every 6-12 months.

Why don't you ask the exgirlfriend if she knows your man has naked pictures of her? it's possible her exbf is a douchbag & sent her naked pics to all his buddies without telling her.. I wouldn't worry about 3 days. Try not to weigh yourself every day, maybe once a week or so would be plenty. Make sure you weigh at the same time of day and same day of the week. Plateaus can last months, but I wouldn't call it a plateau until it has been a few weeks at the same weight.

Foam rolling right after the WOD helps & I use a lacrosse ball sometimes too. Epsom salt baths also help me relax. If you're not sure how to use the foam roller, your coach should be able to show you some effective techniques.

I don't think 1200 is enough for anyone.. so I'd say eat more like 1500. However, if you are going to only eat 1200 per day, you need to eat quality food.
