  • Well if that is true by the Biggest Loser then I would be 1113 calories a day, which is under the basic 1200 women should have a day. It's very confusing! Will be interesting what others have to say .:huh:
  • Hey all! I'm back...I have figured out I need to burn 583 calories daily for 6 days in order to burn/lose 1lb a week. Today is walking, Turbo Fire, then power wash the back porch. How is everyone doing??

  • Thanks! I have the 3, 5, and 10 lbs weights. I just need to pull it into my exercise program. Maybe in the evening after TF. I can start off with 3's....I do think TF will incorporate them into the routines in later weeks. :-)

  • Where did everyone go? I am on Day #5 of Turbo Fire. Keeping of the motivation is hard but I will complete the whole 9 week program! Next week I plan on getting up extra early and walking two miles every morning with my dogs, then work, then Turbo Fire in the evenings OR swap them around. Either way it = more exercise!

  • Hi... I was reading your post on fruit and read you had done a detox. Do you mind if I ask what was the regiment for the detox?
