So I had been sitting at 150.6 lbs for almost a week and could not get down to 150 to save my life.
Then yesterday I actually had a real breakfast instead of just my coffee (sorry, I know that not eating breakfast is bad).. I had a 2 egg omelet with full fat feta and green peppers. In the evening I went over to my parents' for my birthday and my dad made BBQd pork chops (I had one -yum!) and I had carrots and breaded (fried) cauliflower on the side. Had cherry pastry for dessert, and peach liquor and beer (uh oh), 8 hours of sleep and voila :)
That is NOT a normal dinner for me but it was my birthday and I couldn't hurt my parents' feelings so I went with the flow food/drink wise.

Next stop 149lbs

Hopefully the family BBQ that I'm going to tonight will do the same for me :P

Great job! What are you doing for exercise? I am on the Turbo Fire plan. Almost done with my first week. But I actually gained weight?! I am hoping it's my muscles adjusting to the confusion. I have been at 1200 calories this week.

Love picking everyone's brain for ideas...

    Keep up the good work!

I don't think it's bad. I'm never hungry in the morning. I don't want to eat when I'm not hungry. Coffee is my breakfast.

    Thanks guys

Sleepytexan you're probably right, I should up my calories.

Keemeri, for exercise I do a variety of things. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week where I will try to burn 3-500 on cardio machines, followed by weight training. On other days I go for long walks in the neighbourhood with my friend. For example she works about a 30 minute very brisk walk away so I will walk there to pick her up and we'll walk back. Other times I'll do some pushups, squats, lunges, light weights at home.

Qarol, I know, that's always been my breakfast too. I think my body's just got used to never eating breakfast. But I thought it's one of the factors I can shake up and see if it makes a difference. I am NOT a morning person and like to sleep as late as possible before leaving for work so it will be especially hard during the work week.
