Some people! Hahaha whenever someone laughs at me while I use mine I usually give them a dirty look and say something alongs the lines of, "I'm sorry, I should just let my lungs close up and pass out right here. Does that sound better to you?" They usually look embarrassed and walk away ;)

I'm 5'4" and have a really small frame. I started at 135 and I'm about 132 right now and I would like to be around 115. Before MFP I was pushing 150. It has taken me sooo long to break the 135 plateau!!

Hmmm maybe that's how I am too! I'm allergic to pollen and also a lot of raw foods. I always wondered why, because every once in awhile I won't have a reaction. Huh. Also, avocado. Weird hahaha

Slow lunges and squats are fantastic!! Hold a little weight when you do them too.

I thought the 4th one followed it pretty closely, but I felt like 7 part 1 left out so much. They kind of skimmed over everything. It's like if you're going to split into two, you should kind of pay attention to details!
