Reporting for yesterday, while I was submitting my information last night my virus protection service detected a virus so I had to let it take care of the issue. Anyhow, I was under on calories, over on water and completed all challenges, got in an extra mile and did an extra 50 crunches with 75 pounds of weight!! Not sure…

Reporting for week 4 day 6, I used day 6 as a rest day and completed challenges on day 7. 20 Mountain Climbers, 3 Sets of 20 Wood Chops, 3 sets of 20 Tuck Jumps all complete. Under calories over water I was also able to get in an extra 4 miles for the team!!

Week 4, day one, Under calories over water 2 sets of 20 Windshield Wipers complete, 3 sets of 21’s complete and 2 sets of Swimmer’s Press complete also got in an extra mile and a half for the team as well as 100 jumping jacks and I'm back on track with my regular exercise routine!!!

I'm also up for this challenge! Two weeks ago 5000 calories a week was nothing for me to burn, but after a week of travel and a week of a cold I need to get back on track! So here's to burning 25,000 calories in September!!!!

I agree, I can burn almost twice as much on the arc trainer vs. the elliptical in the same amount of time. I will say though that the elliptical is easier for me. I hate the treadmill....most boring exercise ever! I'd rather walk 5 miles in 95 degrees than spend and hour on the treadmill.

week 2, Day 2: Under calories! 12 cups of water!! 50 Swimmers presses completed!!! 1 extra mile for daily challenge plus 2 extra miles for team's challenge of 100!!!! (I average 4 to 4 1/2 miles a day right now 5 days a week, I got in 7 1/2 so I think that means I completed 3 miles towards the 100?)
