    I also completed 300 additional crunches for the team challenge.

    Day 6 will be today for me.

    I lost 1.2 pounds for the week. My starting weight for this week is 195

    days 3- 6 were broken up into sections and completed today.

    for every day of the week I drank more than 8 cups of water

    For the extra challenge I was able to do a total of 500 crunches.

    I weighed myself early in the morning and it was at 275. These next two weeks will be the test for me.

    Can not believe the weekend is over already! So for today, since we didn’t have any challenges per se, I finished up the 1000 crunches I committed to. Between the weight loss and the ab exercises I have been doing for a couple of months, I am actually starting to see abs emerge. I haven’t seen them in a decade and half, so this is pretty exciting to me. :wink:
