You can quit. Weight loss is 95% mental. You quit smoking, bread should be...pie! :) Don't stop eating carbs altogether, just start replacing some carbs with fruits, veggies and other low-cal snacks but always keep some carbs in your diet.

If you stick around 1200 calories a day and continue doing at least 30 minutes of intense workout 5 or 6 days a week, you will lose fat healthily and gain muscle mass. It will be slow but you will see improvements week to week. GL!

I also usually eat a lean protein, lots of it especially after a weights workout. Seafood is always a good source of low fat, low cal, high protein source. If it's cardio, I drink something to replace electrolytes. I really like Powerade Zero.

Like some other posters have said, a well seasoned skillet won't stick, however, using butter to bake a pan pizza will likely cause it to burn at high temps! I would still use oil to get that pan pizza flavor and texture.
