At first my doctor said it was probably bruised, even though I don't ever remember doing anything to bruise it. Then a few months later, when it did not get any…

A couple of trainers and my nutritionist say the heart rate is a much better indicator. You should figure your "target-zone" and stay in that vacinity. I haven't ever heard that the length of time matters (except that you should go at least 30 minutes).

Excellent posting! Thanks! :)

Thanks Christina. I looked at that, however, I did not see an option for Vitamin D. There is an option for vitamins a and c, but not d.

Hi Kristy, I track Cal, Carbs, Fat, Protein and Sugar. I would like to track the Vitamin D but can't figure out how to do that :ohwell:

 Thanks for sharing that Adrien! Great tips!

Okay, I'm in. Five pounds would be a great motivator to finish the course.

Hi Lainie. My name is Linda. I, also, need to loose about 35 pounds. Maybe we can help encourage each other. This is a great site. I found it several months ago and started using it. I got lazy for a couple of months but, hopefully, am back on track now. What is it that is the hardest part for you?

I joined a few months ago and was doing really well then things happened and I stopped tracking. Now I am back and hopefully can stick…
