Diet Caffeine Dr Pepper. I used to drink a few a day and now I haven't had one in over 85 days...Of course that doesn't make a difference in my weight... I guess the biggest thing I have given up would be sugar... I love to bake and unless it is gluten free, I don't bake it...

I was addicted to Diet DP and decided I needed to give up the caffeine for health reasons. I quit cold turkey. It was rough for a few days but I knew once I got through that I would be good to go. That was several years ago. 78 days ago I gave up drinking soda of any kind. I don't miss the caffeine at all but I do miss my…

I notice when I am cerazy busy, I sometimes don't eatr my 1200 and I don't lose an ounce. Maybe try upping the calories to 1300 and exercise a little more. It has been working for me. Congrats on the weight loss thus far.

I always put my chicken in a brine for a little while before baking or grilling. I also do this when I cook chicken breasts in my crockpot. Since I started doing this several years ago, no more dry chicken breast.

What is ED in regards to weight loss?

Thanks Geri, Rosemary.. If it's working don't change anything. You can do this, I know you can. And just think, you have all of us here to cheer you on. You can call or text me anytime you need...or just walk two doors down and ring my doorbell.

You look awesome. You do not look like you weigh what you weigh. Does that make sense? Keep up the good work and I want to see you in that beautiful dress.

My trainer had me drinking a protein shake after my workouts...I did count it in when computing my calories

RJM...I had a guy tell my best friend that I would be beautiful if I wasn't fat...that hurt so much, so I know how you feel. Keep up the good work...

If I looked like you, I would be thrilled...you look fabulous! Stay fit but eat a healthy range of calories. Your body may have gone into starvation mode and will store any fat cells you may have left instead of giving them up. You have done a fantastic job.

Just ask my husband...he thinks I am. I was an English major so I guess I am.

Hi... Several thiungs may be happening. You are not eating enough calories and with the exercise, your body may think you are starving it. Get your calories up to their max and continue to exercise and see what happens. When we don't eat enough opur body goes into starvation mode and starts reserving calories in order to…

I wish I had a buck for everytime I have started over... you can do by eating the right things and drinking tons of water...Adding 3 days of exercise will also help.

Hi, It can be frustrating. I have found that if I stick at 1200 or a little below and drink tons of water, I always have a loss. If I go too low, I gain. Look at what you are eating. I only eat lean meats, fish and poultry. Non starchy veggies, low sugar fruits, fresh not from a can and at least 2 servings of non fat…

I was tested in 1988 after I went through a severe bout of depression. I had gained 40 pounds over two years and hadn't really changed much about my diet. I had always been able to lose weight easily. I was diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism and was placed on 175mg. Over the years my dr's have upped and lowered my dosage…

Raisins are very high in calories, no matter how much you eat. Try snacking on fresh veggies and a low-fat or fat-free ranch dressing. Good source of fiber and way less calories.

That is awsome! You look great!
