I've recently lost 24 pounds. I am about 5'3- 5'4. My starting weight was 142 and I'm now down to 118 which took me a year to accomplish. The scale has recently stayed the same for about a month now, i haven't see changes in the scale. I am looking to loose my love handles and stomach. I use my fitness pal daily and usually am good at eating right. I workout 4-5 times a day. Doing cardio on the elliptical and then alot of walking during the day. I also do weights at good-life known as "20 min circuit".

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.
maybe im eating to much carbs, or needing to increase my calories?

thanks

You are already really small so of course it won't come off the way it used to. The less you have to lose the slower it tends to go. This is perfectly normal.

Limit training to 20-40 mins a day and 3 times week.
Eat around 1700calories for your height and activity level.
You could be doing a few possible negative things for weight loss.
Here are 2 that jump out at me...

    1) Overtrained: You work out and push yourself so hard that all your nutrients are going into repairing a body that isnt being allowed to repair itself.
    2) Underfed and working out too hard: Your metabolism is shot and you should spend at least 2 weeks refeeding yourself at closer to maintenance level to revitalize it.

This is what worked for me!
    Hugs and good luck!

PS: You look fantastic so stop kicking yourself in the balls!

you likely need to shift things up... and move to more toning exercises than cardio... you don't want to over do it

    Thanks guys!
I think working out more is better that way it will come off faster.
I try eating smaller portions more often.

No changes in the past month or so !:(

Damn having a stomach and love handles.

    You can workout too much.
You should probably set your calories to maintain, and then focus on toning up if anything.
I think you may want to start eating more also.
Little bits of food + Working out a lot = No change, ever. Period.

If I looked like you, I would be thrilled...you look fabulous! Stay fit but eat a healthy range of calories. Your body may have gone into starvation mode and will store any fat cells you may have left instead of giving them up. You have done a fantastic job.

Protein is way low. Try boosting it up to reflect between .60-1g per lean body pound.
Do the same with fat but make it about .45g-.60g per lean body pound.
This will foster a good muscle growth if you eat the proper calories and train correctly.
