Today is weigh in day for me, and I was scared to look at the scale. To my surprise, I lost 1 pound!!!! I've been having headaches too. I've also been dizzy. I'm not an expert, but those feelings have started to go away now that I'm getting used to this new diet, so maybe it will get better for you too :wink:

The food I eat hasn't changed much either but I lesson some of the portions and also watch my fat intake more. Sometimes it's not the calories you eat, but the other nutritional values like carbs. I just eat less fat and exercise more...It works for me :) Good luck!

Hi all! I've been on MFP for 4 weeks now and things are going pretty good. I'm 4'11 and my SW was 144 now I'm 139.5. My goal for May is to lose 5lbs, and my ultimate goal is to be 115. Definitely gonna kick up my exercise and eat healthier this month.

Sounds silly...but I love sandwiches! I'm a high school student so lunch for me usually consisted of all things fried. I always had a choice of eating healthier but I could never bring myself to do it. Now, ham on wheat with a pinch of mustard never gets old. :)

I just started too, but I have found that drinking water and eating fruit makes me less hungry and excercising balances everything out :)
