30 Day Shred

Hi All!

I need some help logging my exercise after doing the 30 Day Shred. Has anyone had to log this before?

    I always log in "circuit training" or "calisthenics" when I do Jillian's 30 day shred workouts. I'll log it in for 30 minutes.

    Cool I was having the same problem.
  • I was trying to log in each thing she makes me do and then some cardio but it was driving me crazy, lol!

    I wear a HRM so I created an exercise under My Exercises called "30 Day Shred", length of the workout (20 mins), and calories burned from my HRM. Then, everytime I do 30DS, I just select it from My Exercises and adjust the calories as needed.
