I have finally had the strength and energy to workout since battle a crazy virus. I am redoing week 4 since that was simply a wash. Today is supposed to be a rest day but I HAD to move my butt today. As I am busting through the moves, I noticed my HRM is not working and it stopped working several times. So I my log is not…

chose to do HIIT 25 today + Tone 30, instead of the scheduled HIIT 15 + Tone 30 burned 575 calories...whoop whoop!!

Yes, I was super sore and tight when I started (I'm only on week 3). I still feel tight whenever I do the core and toning workouts. A good stretch always helps. The 40 min stretch workout does wonders to my muscles.

Forgot to add yesterday's workout Week 3 day 2 HIIT 25- ( with additional personal ab workout) - 359 calories burned

Add me to the list of those who missed yesterday's workout. But I managed to complete some of today's workout, despite being on a time constraint. Week 2, day 6... Core 20: 134 calories burned Stretch 40: (only completed 16 mins) 114 calories burned

Cook them in the required amount of water. When you have about 5 minutes left of cooking time, add milk (i prefer almond milk), cinnamon, and vanilla flavor and eat immediately. If you let it sit, simply add more milk and reheat. The added milk makes it super creamy.

Hi everyone...I am 5'8 SW: 197 CW:181 GW: 155 I don't really have a time limit to when I will get to my GW. I am simply working on changing my lifestyle and avoiding burnout.

Count me in...I need to really stay focused during the holidays!

Soooo, I'm back on the wagon after dealing with severe sinus issues and out of town work conferences for almost 2 weeks. I really wanted to go out and run but everyone kept telling me to take it easy and get better. I was finally able to do a run/walk for 5 miles along with c25k and I felt GREAT! I can't believe I how much…

You gals are soo motivating. I was thinking about all the success everyone has been having while I was running today. I even conquered 2 out of 3 hills today without having to slow down. I even ran into a lady (who was a lot older than me) who was training for a 10k...she really encouraged me as I walked up one of the…

So after falling off on my running for about a week, I jumped back on the wagon last week and tried to start Week 4. I really pushed thru it but didn't really feel comfy and really had to slow down my runs. I ended up returning to Week 3 over the weekend and will try that again for the remainder of the week before moving…

I constantly struggle with this. Even the week before Aunt Flo arrives, the cravings and the fatigue really bother me. I am now working on simply not indulging because if I do, I am less likely to work out and everything then goes out the window.

Completed week 1 yesterday. I found myself using brendalyne's words of advice to make it through the last 10 mins. Thanks, because they really helped. I plan on doing a 5 mile walk today, might throw in some jogging intervals in there. Have an awesome weekend and keep moving everyone!

I started and completed week 1 day 1, yesterday. My coworkers and I will be doing a 5k in October and I'm hoping that this will assist me with my running, as I am so not a runner. I usually have some foot problems but recently invested in some Nike Frees and I didn't experience any discomfort while running. I'm so amped…

I just started. Completed W1D1 last night.

I am new to MFP and would like a challenge to really jump start my workouts. I have tried the 30 day shred in the past but never completed it. I was actually thinking about giving it a try again. I think this mix of workouts will really keep me interested because I don't like doing the same workouts everyday.
