Thank you!(: I am very strict on my calories and hardly allow any cheat days but I noticed my weight stalls unless I have 1 or 2 days where I spike up my calories! I had my baby a year and a week ago, I weighed 273 the day I had her and now I weigh 187, which is my lowest weight EVER! lol I still have a bit longer way to go, but it feels so much better now that I'm at a healthier weight.((:

Week 1-- I did 16 miles this week! No wonder my legs and hips hate me! I'm so proud of each step I took. Push ups: I did roughly 250. Still going to finish the rest! Weight loss: SW: 203 CW: 201.6 = -1.4 lbs.
