Party pooper. Speaking of poop, I know there was a poop thread, and now I can't find it.

Always swallow, no matter the size. Unless you're in Australia, then you'd probably choke on it. That choking sound is never a good sound.

I had to stop bringing foods in the house that I knew I would emotional/binge eat. One at a time I started bringing them back in, and teaching myself to just eat one serving and put it away. I had to put sticky notes with my name in a red circle with a line through it on the boxes of Cheez-Its at work. I was majorly…

Hooooly yum!

They were pretty quick to respond. Same with Jeni's, after I got some ice cream that didn't have a nutrition label on it. I think MrM27 is the one who got us hooked on Gelato Fiasco, with his rave review of the peanut butter stracciatella. It all went downhill from there.

Probably about 120g. That's how many were in the peanut butter stracciatella. You can write to them and ask. They'll tell you!
-
Am I seeing that right? Is that ice cream on bread???
-
What?! How can this even be possible? I have special quiet moments with my spoon and the Tiramisu.
-
You're welcome.

I got to have some, and I did like the Breyers! I was surprised. I liked that Waffle Cone one that you talked about, too.
-
I love every single picture you guys have posted. Every. Single. One. Yummmm!

I found it at Publix when I was on vacation in FL, and that's the only time I've seen it. :disappointed:

These pre-filled spreadsheets help take some of the confusion out of the program. maggiewang.com/nrolfw/nrolfw_log_sheets.xls This video should help with pull-ups. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRznU6pzez0

I wish I'd read this before I bought the Breyers. I don't normally buy Breyers, but my Walmart sucks when it comes to ice cream brands. Turkey Hill's Birthday Cake was good, but someone ate it before I could get a second taste.

That was one of the flavors I (shouldn't have) got(ten) when I was in FL. I loved that one, and the French Silk, too.

That freaking stinks! :confounded:

LOL

The louder you are, the more calories you burn.

Thanks! She looks happy. I like her.

Doggone it! Yes, that was it.
-
There is one! Lemme go look for it. BRB.

Can I get a hell yeah?

Whatever you're doing for strength training, make sure you're increasing your weights as they get easier and not just sticking with the same weights. Do whatever you enjoy and will keep you consistent.

I mostly put it in my coffee, and I've been really liking the myprotein cookies & cream. http://us.myprotein.com/home.dept I like Optimum Nutrition's double rich chocolate. You should read this. http://www.forbes.com/sites/alexmorrell/2015/03/12/lawsuits-say-protein-powders-lack-protein-ripping-off-athletes/

I think that's a good idea. Orrrrr, a pint of Talenti Toasted Almond. Mmmmm.
-
Banned for good, or just for a little while? I guess I should go creep his page and look for a rant. :frowning:

Speculoos also has a Cookies & Cream spread which I've heard was delicious, but I held off on getting it. I think Jif has sea salt caramel, or salted caramel, and was told that was also good.

The Oatmeal Raisin hasn't gotten the best reviews. I actually only know of one person who likes that one (and that person liked the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, if that tells you anything  ). Also the mango I've heard isn't great. Those are the only ones I know of.

This is fantastic!!! Congratulations to both you and Patrick.

Have a great weekend!
