I totally feel you pain and am discouraged as well. I have been at this hard for one month, eating well and gym three days a week. My husband said he can not see "any" difference and I cant either. The scales are not moving... I am very upset ! I read all the replies and I hope you guys are right ! :sad:

You can never go wrong with a tuna sandwich... however, no mayo... try to use some mustard and I add in some pickles for an extra crunch. tangy but delicious !!! Slice some tomato or have a cup of fruit to go along... yummo

I'm in this with ya ! I work full time and have three kids at home... I have learned to juggle work and kids by taking time for myself during my lunch hour and go to the gym and workout for 30 min then go eat... it helps. Anyway add me !

you may have shocked your body into starvation mode... you have to keep up with the calories not strive to go below... watch your salt... it causes bloating and can tip the scale. Also, you never mentioned exercise... you should log in some walking time, cleaning, etc. You gotta get movin' ! Good luck honey !

Men love the grill... I love to cut up veggies and toss on the grill. It gives them a wonderful taste... Asparagus is especially yummy grilled, squash, potatoes, carrots... well everything, lol !!!! Add some spice and he should dig in !

the food in the office kitchen is horrible... The girls here are notorious for ordering cookies, cakes, crackers, pop tarts, etc. We each have our kitchen week and they hate when I order for our week... lots of fiber and fruit. But, we get deliveries from happy clients that bring in goodies all the time...

I habitually do that as well.. I am 36 and my lower back around my tail bone is shot... stop doing that one ! I am paying for it and have a herniated disc due to my obessiveness... Gracious, you sound like a carbon copy of me... I just started back to MFP after a good 4 months gone and now I am 8 lbs heavier...
