You have to keep going. Even when you wake up sore as hell. Even when you feel like you are about to drop. You have to move. Move like lightning. Move like you have all the energy in the world.

And keep doing that, not for a week or a month or a year, BUT for the rest of your life. If you can’t make that commitment, then don’t expect any significant results"
