I'm a registered nurse and I would highly recommend getting your thyroid checked. If you have hypothyroidism it could be causing your weight loss issues. Yes, weight loss can slow down and processed foods, etc. are not good but it sounds to me like there must be something else going on.

Thanks for all the awesome advise guys. I definitely always eat back the majority of my exercise calories. I'm hoping that when I get back to exercising (probably at the end of this week d/t school and work) that I won't gain back a ton!

The guy that plays Spencer is actually a model. He was a model before he starred on Criminal Minds and he continues to model. He's hot!

I tell myself that "I can do this" and I keep moving no matter how slow. Slow motion is better than no motion. Eventually my body reaches a point where I can start moving faster again and I don't feel the pain quite as intensely.

Have some peanut butter. Won't fill you up too much but gives you calories and the benefit of protein.

I agree with the above. I used to HATE to run and vowed I would never do it. Then I gave c25k a try and fell in love. Now I can't wait for my runs!

I do both. Usually half a peanut butter sandwich (1 slice of whole wheat bread and 1 tbsp of peanut butter) before and a banana after.
