Crocks with socks, socks with sandles...panty hos with peep toes....and foot coverage with a shoe that is supposed to SHOW your TOES!

I do try to eat as little as possible because I love seeing the little red words "if every day were like today." But it could be possible that I am not eating enough....I just work so darn hard to burn those calories that I don't want…

I started it on Thursday! SO far I love it. Still on level 1. but I always run after I do the shred...just makes me feel better!

I feel like when I run i get more of a rush and seem to push myself harder then when I do any other workout. Running is total body workout.
