I had never heard of HRMs before I joined this site either. I live in the real world... I have no idea if they work well or not but I can't afford one, so that's that. Estimates are good enough for me right now - I'm losing weight, that's what matters. Good luck:)

You can certainly make a noticeable difference in 3 weeks. I've so far lost 18lbs in 6 weeks, of which I lost 10.5 in the first 3 weeks. I tried zumba for the first time last night and I agree with the previous suggestion, I think it is particularly good for the waistline! Good luck and feel free to add me if you want.
