I LOVE CYCLING!!! I've really gotten into it and do endurance/long distance cycling. Its so great to get out into nature and to burn calories! I've ridden up to 72 miles! I hope to do a century (100 miles) one day, but prefer the 40 mile range.

So sorry to hear about your troubles? Has your doctor mentioned cutting back on your carb intake to shake things up? I've heard that can help. But I'm not talking going crazy Atkins on it with high fat foods, just cut back on your carb intake by half. Try it for a few weeks and see if it helps.

I work out 5-6 days a week and 2-3 of those are two-a-days. MWS - Biking (1-2 hours), TTHS - Lap swimming (1 hour) and walk (1-1.5 hours).

I drank too much in college and can't really remember stuff like that before High School. But when I was in 7th grade I went to Space Camp. Losing weight is a huge accomplishment! What other accomplishments are you proud of? Last year I biked around Lake Tahoe - 72 miles and 2300 ft of elevation change!
