  • Oh absolutley! Was just a thought - I was drinking way more than just indulging a craving, I was just super surprised how not having it has affected me, I had heard it might but didn't realise it would be as much as it has. Whatever works for everyone :smile:
  • Hi, Just a thought - do you drink a lot of diet soft drink? I was drinking LOADS (and have done for years) and was constantly hungry, I mean ridiculously hungry . I am at 3 weeks today with none and it has literally changed my life, my appetite is a whole different story.

  • Zumba is great but it really depends on your teacher. (It does here in the UK anyway - Teachers get a Zumab Qualification and then make up there own routines, so it depends on how good your teacher is and there background - Dance, Aerobics etc.) I love Body Combat aswell! :smile:
  • Exactly!! I am going to go in the morning so hopefully it will keep me entertained on the Elliptical for a while - I tend to "day dream" into the story when I am reading a book so I hope it will be the same with the Audio Book....and my legs remember to keep moving :laugh:

  • When I started my weight loss journey I thought the same thing....I was drinking no water at all and just diet soda's so I didn't know how much was too much water - it freaked me out a bit too! I drink about 3L a day now and it's fine :smile:
