I log it for the next day. Ie 12am is the beginning of the new food diary. After overnight I go home to bed and don't eat anything so its easier to track it like that rather than have 2000 for one day and 200 for he next. Lol took me a while to work that put though. I agree! I know its bad not to eat breakfast but its a waste of calories if I'm not hungry. I try to have a biiig lunch to satisfy them until the snackfest arrives so I can snack and not go over 1200 calories!

my mum did the hcg diet and lost an insane amount of weight. She did initially putthe weight back on but is now keeping it off whilst staying on the drops and by no means does she eat healthy now!

Well done on starting. i personally wouldnt reccomend a gym but everybody is different. I like to find a secluded parking lot or something and do something fun.Try skipping!

i was a smoothie fanatic at one stage. but i stopped because even though they are amazingly nice my i had this subconscious thing i was still hungry because of the liquid form breakfast was in defeating the purpose of a healthy breakfast. Now i stick tto solid foods

Hi, I actually find you inspirational so dont feel down! im a uni student who is to used to doing nothing. I eat my reccomended calorie intake which dosnt have much veggies in it normally as they are much more expensive. I find it difficult to exercise as I am never motivated to do so because I havnt found a form I like.…

Im a uni student, no way could I afford a gym membership. I do a 20 minute workout every day in my bedroom and find that is enough to achieve my goals. Not a fan on exercising and would rather spend money on nice healthy foods then gym memberships!
