Do they well unsweetened protein powders? I always go over on my sugars and I am trying not to eat any fake stuff. And if you know of any what are your favorites?

Fake foods makes your liver work harder so not it is not processing fat. You can't loose weight if your liver does not work on fat.

get your carbs with veggies. Your not eating enough. But I do go over my protein as well. Protein sticks with me longer.

But the Am Heart *kitten* does not mention the fact the they are medium chain fats and get metabolized different in the body. The colesterol in these fats get burned not stored.

I think of them as poison. And after not eating them for a while my body has changed and I either don't like them anymore or I don't feel good after eating them. It is going to take super will power to do it but you can do it!! You rock girlfriend!! Lot of love to ya!!
