How make a clean food slate

I would like to clear all the food items out. Can I do this without closing the account and starting over? My diet has changed and there are way too many foods to go through to find the ones I eat now. Thanks for any help!

    Food tab -> Add Food -> Most Used tab

    Check all, Delete from list.

    But they are only deleted from my most recent list not from everything.
