  • Week 4/d1.. ugh!! struggled big time to get the 4th set in and couldn't do the max... i'll have to rest a bit and get them in later! but was amazed at how easy the first few were!! 18-21-15-15-... ugh! Great job y'all!!

  • week 3 d1/ done! w3/d2 managed it but it was really hard to get my max in! 15-18-12-12-18... ready to do w3/d3 today!! hoping the day of rest helped and i get them all in!!

  • Week 1 i was able to do less than 10 ... exaustion test after week 2.. 26! I'm still in colum 1 but I am determined to keep going!! week 3 here i come!!! Great job to you all for making it this far!! You're doing awesome!!

  • We do!! It is easier on all of us to take time off when we need it! Moving(military), appointments, sickness, field trips, and very nice days when the park is calling us!! lol You can't always control this so we just go with it and make it work! :o)

  • welcome! here to help support and motivate! You can do this! Sore muscles are a good thing.. but u might be pushing it too hard too. I am always sore for 3 days after 2nd day is the worst!   • Oh yeah! we do circuit training with our kids.. pick 6-8 exercises do them for 1 min each, and jog in place or do jumping jacks inbetween each exercise! the kids love it, it is fun & we crank up the tunes! we also go to the track and jog.. or just around the neighborhood! Good luck to you! :o)
