I'm not a fan of Planet Fitness, but I only pay $20 for my membership plus unlimited tanning. It's cheaper than all the other gyms in my area and since I'm not working right now that's about all I can spend. I wouldn't recommend ONLY drinking juice for any amount of time. However, I have started juicing, and enjoy a juice drink each day before my workout, in addition to eating solid foods. It's a great way to get in extra nutrients if you're like me and not a huge fan of eating a ton of fruits and vegetables.

OMG who irons their own snuggie? I take mine to the cleaners to have it ironed! Also, my phone has been ringing off the hook today, so would I log that under cardio or strength training? I'm thinking strength training since I keep having to lift it.

I eat clean too, but I had poop problems in the beginning as well. Have you tried a probiotic? That should help. I eat a lot of green veggies, take a fish oil supplement, and drink coffee daily. I am about to crap my pants nearly every morning when I'm done with my work out. Good luck!

Yes, I started getting acne last year when I started lifting and eating more protein. I had to start washing my face 3 times a day. It's calmed down now, so it might have just been because I was sweating more.

LOL!!! Okay back to the topic, have you tried HIIT? Interval training goes fast, and you usually only need 15-20 minutes per day.
