I really like Ruby Tuesday's for this kind of thing. They have a pretty solid "fit 'n trim" menu that's CLEARLY labeled on the in-house menu, their salad bar rocks my socks, the portions are good-sized, and the prices aren't higher than Red Lobster or the like. And it is SO GOOD.

I've learned to eat in the morning since I started eating better....I found that when I decreased my calories, I was hungry when I woke up the next day! The quality of breakfast matters to my body. I MUST have protein and some fats, otherwise I am really hungry and grouchy later.

I eat the whole thing! The vitamins and minerals in eggs (vitamin D, vitamin A and calcium) are mostly found in the yolk.

I'll join if you'll have me! I have ALWAYS been a chubby kid. I actually can't remember, ever, being less than a size 14 or so. Even in elementary school. If you're using canned, switch to fresh or frozen. Cut them up small and "hide" them in things - spaghetti sauce is a great vehicle for this kind of thing!
