I made these for a bbq and no one knew they were healthy! So delicious and on the lower carb end.

6 jalapenos cut in half longways and seeds and ribs removed
4 oz. fat free cream cheese
12 large raw tiger shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
12 slices turkey bacon cut in half

Fill each jal. half with cream cheese, top it with a shrimp and wrap the whole thing in 1/2 piece of turkey bacon. Put a couple toothpicks in it to hold it all together and either grill them on the bbq or bake them in the oven for 15 min at 400 degrees, then broil them for 5 to crisp it all up. They are delicious!
