Classmate of mine commented on my weight loss, first person outside my family to notice. I denied it, my weight is a touchy subject for me. My scrubs are pretty loose already, don't feel like shelling 11 per shirt if I'm going to need a smaller size in several more months.

I don't think weight loss surgery is considered plastic surgery. I personally wouldn't do it (Weight lost surgery). I'm not totally against plastic surgery, just unnecessary cosmetic surgery.

I work 12hr shift,I do a lot of bending down,lifting and walking. Will I be so sore I will not be able to do my job sufficient If i do this? Do I have to do this for 30 consecutive days?
