Do it!! I did a free class first also and I was terrified also but the instructor was great on making sure my form was correct and that I did the exercise correct and at my level. Keep it at your pace better to do 3 correct then 10 wrong! Make sure you get major protein before and after your muscles will be sore!!

I just wanted to follow up and let everyone know I contacted the Fitbit customer service and they are sending me a brand new Fitbit!! I am so excited!!!
