Job Advice Needed!

If you were not happy with the way the company you worked for ran their business and felt like you could not trust them not in a away that they would not pay you etc.. but no trust as in you cannot be honest with how you feel about something without them talking behind your back, would you still work for them? Now the kicker.....you get to work from home, would just tolerate it?
Thanks!
Thanks!

The whole working from home thing is a huge plus as a lot of people would love the opportunity to do this and I fully understand with that incentive it is hard to make a decision on what to do. If the work they are doing is legal and doesn't harm anyone then is this more about how you are reacting to them on a personal basis? If you don't feel you can voice your worries, concerns, or problems with them without feeling you'll get talked behind your back then that is something only you can decide. Can you talk to someone else, a spouse, sibling, parent, friend or other worker about issues you're having and feel that you have got it off your chest so you don't go to them? Is this inability to talk to them harming your work or changing your attitude about your job? It is never good to work some place when you're miserable, but only you can figure out what is more important. Good luck on figuring it out.0
