Graham cracker "ice cream" sandwhich

My healthy version of ice cream sandwhichs. (Lowfat graham crackers, a little bit of light whipped topping with fresh blueberries in it and frozen for a few hours). Mmmmmm! I think next time I make them Im gonna try yogurt instead of whipped topping to make it even more healthy!

I've been making these with the chocolate graham crackers for years ... tastes just like a lil' ice cream sandwich! I think I need to try them with regular grahams ... Or even cinnamon! Mmmmmmmm ...0

Try them once with banana "Ice cream" - mix in a bit of cocoa powder for chocolate....lower in fat - not so much in sugar though...0

Hmmm. Imagine if you mixed chocolate protein powder into the light whipped topping or into yogurt and did the same thing. Just imagine :laugh:
