Oh No my Fitbit BROKE!!! I now have the docking station with no fitbit! Does anyone need an extra docking station?

It was clipped on my jeans in the small pockets and I was joking around my BF and guessing the bottom caught his jeans as I was falling and it cracked right in half! So in short no horse playing while wearing your fitbit!0

Yes I would love the docking station. But first send an email to fitbit support. They might replace it for you at no chargge.0

Call or email them, tell them that the plastic cracked for no apparent reason. They will probably send you a new one!0

Tell them it broke, the customer service is great.
Even if they do not give a replacement for free (But they Might) they may offer you a deal on a replacement.0 -
I was thinking about getting a Fitbit. what do you like bast about it. do you think it is accurate? would you buy it again or something else? I found it on 24 hour fitness for $20 off a few weeks ago not sure if the sale is still on. I have been searching for info and feedback. never though of posting here.0

I love mine, but is a tool like any other,
It tracks how far I walk and how many flights of stairs I climb.
I love that is shows the Basic Metabolic Rate that you have burned plus any additional from walking/Climbing.
It is good to look at the dashboard online and see when you are most active and how you rank among you fitbit friends, as well soon it will talk to MFP, it is in Beta testing right now.
The device is small, easy to conceal and the most accurate step counter I have ever owned.0 -
I love it! I agree it the most accurate pedometer I ever had. I just wish it did your heart rate too!
It really motivates me to get my butt and walk 10,000 steps a day! Once get to10,000 it is so exciting and I realize how easy it is once you get off your butt!0 -

I just wanted to follow up and let everyone know I contacted the Fitbit customer service and they are sending me a brand new Fitbit!!
I am so excited!!!
I sent a email asking if I could send back for repair and they asked where they could send my new Fitbit!!! I was shocked!! Just another reason why I love Fitbit!!0 -

They are sending me a new Fitbit!!!! Yayy! Thanks for the suggestion, I would have cut my losses! If they send it with a second docking station you have it, I do not need it! I will follow up with you once I receive the Fitbit!0
